We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
In case of shipping delays, we will notify you via email. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our support team at onebillenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
